Project Spotlight: Florence Street Residence

It was so fun designing this teenager’s bedroom. She already had quite a few bright floral pieces of art on the walls and I wanted everything to be just as cheerful. I started with the Galbraith and Paul wallpaper, it made such a huge impact and instantly brightened the space up. I anchored the bedroom with a neutral rug and the bedding is a very soft and warm beige as well. I love this Stickley dresser, it’s such a classic design and ties in her traditional and modern vibes. The plug-in sconces are so incredibly functional, plus the touch of brass really looked fantastic against the yellow patterned wallpaper. This Stray Dog Designs flush mount light is a statement piece. It goes perfect with her floral art work and adds so much character. I really wanted to bring a lot of textures into one room and I did just that with the headboard and gorgeous nightstands. This headboard looks lovely in front of the windows still letting in the natural light. Loving how everything came together to reflect the spunky fun teenager that she is.
